Job Description

Join the team behind iconic brands like Huggies®, Kleenex®, Cottonelle®, Scott®, Kotex®, Poise®, Depend®, and Kimberly-Clark Professional®.  At Kimberly-Clark, it’s all here for you—innovation, growth, and the chance to make a real impact.

You were made to create Better Care for a Better World: designing new technologies, diving into data, optimizing digital experiences, and constantly developing better, faster ways to get results. You want to be part of a performance culture dedicated to building technology for a purpose that matters. Here, you’ll work in an environment that promotes sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing, and career development while you help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.  It starts with YOU.

In this role, you will:

  • The Senior Executive Technology & Board Services Specialist is the primary technology and meeting support partner for the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This highly visible role delivers discreet, white-glove service; ensures flawless executive and board meeting execution; proactively manages technology experiences; and protects leadership productivity and business continuity.
  • Success requires exceptional professionalism, executive presence, business acumen, independent judgment, and calm execution in high-pressure, confidential environments.

Executive & Board Support

  • Serve as the dedicated technology partner and primary escalation point for the CEO, Board members, and ELT.
  • Provide proactive, white-glove support for devices, mobility, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, conferencing systems, executive offices, home offices, travel, and off-site engagements.
  • Tailor support to individual executive working styles; coordinate onboarding, transitions, and special assignments.
  • Anticipate and resolve technology risks before they affect leadership productivity while maintaining absolute confidentiality.

Board of Directors Support

  • Lead end-to-end technology readiness for Board and Committee meetings, including secure materials, access, presentations, room and virtual environments, voting, and collaboration platforms.
  • Conduct readiness checks and provide real-time support during Board meetings, governance sessions, executive reviews, and investor presentations.
  • Support secure technology onboarding and training for Board members.

Executive Meeting & Event Management

  • Plan and execute technology support for Board and ELT meetings, quarterly business reviews, investor and analyst events, global leadership conferences, town halls, strategy sessions, and M&A or due diligence activities.
  • Manage readiness checklists, rehearsals, audio/visual coordination, presentation delivery, and onsite support for critical corporate events.

Strategic Partnership & Governance

  • Partner with Executive Assistants, Chiefs of Staff, Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, Legal, Security, and IT leadership.
  • Translate leadership needs into executive technology strategy, roadmaps, service standards, operating procedures, and measurable improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen executive productivity, meeting quality, secure collaboration, and overall service experience.

About You

You perform at the highest level possible, and you appreciate a performance culture fueled by authentic caring.  You want to be part of a company actively dedicated to sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing, and career development.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience providing technology support to senior executives, VIP customers, or leadership teams.
  • Experience supporting Vice Presidents, C-suite executives, and/or Board members.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, and collaboration technologies.
  • Experience supporting executive meetings, conference rooms, and workplace technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with PCs, mobile devices, conferencing systems, printers, and related hardware/software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills, executive presence, and a white-glove customer service mindset.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work onsite in Dallas and travel up to 35%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a CEO, Board of Directors, or Fortune 500 executive leadership team.
