Hiring Process
The first step toward joining Kimberly-Clark begins when you apply for a career opportunity. We’ll want to know some key information about your experience, and you’ll have the opportunity to upload your resume with any other pertinent documents.
After you apply for an opportunity, one of our recruiters will review your background, experience and assessment (If applicable). Our recruiter will request a phone interview with the most qualified candidates. If you don’t get a request for a phone interview, you’ll receive an email communication to inform you on the status. We will maintain your application so recruiters can review for future openings and may reach out to you if there is a position that you are qualified for.
After recruiter phone interviews, the most qualified candidates will be invited to continue in the interview process, which could include an additional phone interview, other assessment, or participating in a virtual and/or on-site interview. If invited to an interview, please be prepared to discuss successes you’ve had in a behavioral interview format, meaning we’ll ask you to describe the situation, what actions you took and the results of your effort.
If Kimberly-Clark determines you are the most qualified candidate for the position, we may provide you with a formal job offer. Should you accept an offer of employment, you will then begin the pre-start onboarding process working toward your first day with Kimberly-Clark.

After you have created your profile, you will only need to update any changes. Only resumés submitted electronically through Kimberly-Clark’s online system will be considered.
Our online tool is designed so you can create a user account, see available opportunities, apply and track your applications progress.
It can take up to 10 minutes.
Upon submitting your profile, you will receive an email confirming receipt. Your resumé is reviewed by the recruiter supporting the position. Once a decision has been made, you will be notified by email, a status update to your profile, or a phone call. All resumé submissions are stored in our resumé database.
You can apply to multiple positions with the same profile. Click “Apply to this job” under the position you want to apply to. If you have already submitted your resume, click “login here” and the system will prompt you to log on with the username and password you selected when you created your profile.
Yes. You can log onto your profile and check your status on each of the positions you have applied to at any time.
