If you had the opportunity to meet Diana H., you’d soon experience why she is among the unstoppable force that is Kimberly-Clark's planning teams. She knows what it means to own your career and has taken hold of many opportunities. Diana joined us in May 2011 as a Mill Planner for our Feminine Care business, and since then, she has taken on various planning job rotations, covering tissue products, and other sectors. Her hunger to learn and willingness to embrace change have led her to shining as one of our Planning Leads.

She shared with us that she is deeply motivated by our values: We Care. We Own. We Act. She says she challenges herself with these three values every day and uses them to meet the needs of her team, manage customer expectations, and drive transformation. And that's not all, Diana is driving innovation, growth, and market leadership by working closely with her team and partnering with marketing, demand planning, and packaging engineering teams. With this collaboration, the team is playing to win to ensure new products are developed on time for launch plans.
