Roniel A. is a Senior Marketing Analyst who embodies resilience and a purpose-led mindset. His commitment to our purpose of creating Better Care for a Better World is evident in his daily life.

Being a true team player, he always strives to give his best in every activity and supports his co-workers in learning and growing. "To bring better care to the world, we must start with what is within our reach", he says.

Roniel joined our team in October 2021 as a Marketing Analyst and was responsible for brand planning and communication. Soon after he joined, he was presented with challenges that required him to learn more about his field, improve his negotiation skills and resilience as a professional. At the same time, he was preparing for his wedding and had a lot on his mind. However, his teammates provided him with the support and reassurance he needed to focus on his personal and professional priorities. Now, Roniel considers Kimberly-Clark as his place of “safety and warmth.”

Our team was impressed with Roniel’s achievements. He was promoted to his current role for our Huggies® brand in September 2022. Now, Roniel is responsible for managing priorities and expectations.

Roniel finds the most exciting thing about working with us is the way each of us lives our purpose of providing better care. One of his most significant growth experiences was leading the Toilets Change Lives Project, which aims to improve basic sanitation in vulnerable regions and impacted over 1.2 million people in Brazil through partner mobilization. Being a passionate and purpose-driven person, working on this project made him understand the impact of his work and connect with other teammates not just as a part of the job but as a life trajectory. He said, “I am a proud member of the Kimberly-Clark team, and I find inspiration in the values and people here.”

In the future, Roniel plans to be a strong contributor in our business transformation, starting with diaper marketing and its business objectives. He wants to make his contribution to all the innovations we are launching in diapers and continue to bring our purpose to consumers in the best way possible.
